I've spent the last year sitting between AI and real estate.
I’m Zakee Ahmed.
I’m the founder of Buildable, a technology platform built to remove manual work from real estate analysis, underwriting and research.
Before Buildable, I worked across consulting, real estate investment, development and operations.
Over the last year I’ve had hundreds of conversations with real estate teams about AI, data and how they actually work.
I’ve also spent an unreasonable amount of time testing ChatGPT, Claude, agents and AI workflows against real real estate problems.
